Has an attorney recommended that you and/or members of your family have an assessment completed to help your immigration case? If so, a mental health evaluation can add tremendous value to your immigration case.
An Immigration Mental Health Evaluation is an assessment that is used to help immigration courts determine whether a person can legally remain in the United States. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, trained in completing assessments specifically for immigration cases, I will provide you with the evaluation and a comprehensive report which your attorney will use in supporting your case to positively impact your immigration proceedings.
The immigration evaluation includes questions regarding, but are not limited to, your current immigration status; your personal and family history; your work history; and any medical or psychiatric history that may be relevant. A written report will be completed and shared with you and your attorney.
