Tania Alfaro enjoys working with individuals of all cultures and backgrounds. She is bilingual (Spanish & English) and specializes in short-term counseling for clients seeking U-Visas for immigration purposes. Tania is available to see adolescents, children, families, and couples on a sliding fee scale. She is NOT in-network with any insurance companies at this time.

Tania graduated Grand Canyon University with a M.S. in Professional Counseling. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Radford University. She is local to Northern VA, growing up in Woodbridge. When not working, Tania enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Tania's work experience includes: supportive counseling and case management of adolescents in foster care as well as youth in detention centers. She currently works in private practice under the supervision of Amanda Carrington, LPC and at Riverside Mental Health Clinic completing psycho-social assessments with individuals of all ages.
